RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. Because our products are custom-made and/or made-to-order, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been shipped — unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Each item is carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. To assist you efficiently, please include clear photos of:
- The damaged or defective item
- The outer packaging
- The shipping label

For Canadian orders, please reach out to our customer service team to request a prepaid return label, if eligible. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds or exchanges (if approved) are typically processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Please note: We may require you to return the original item before processing a replacement, depending on the severity of the issue. The processing time for exchanges is approximately 14 business days after we receive the returned item (if applicable).
