Unopened and unused merchandise is eligible for return within 7 days of purchase. If you notice that one of your products is damaged or defective, please contact CUSTOMER SERVICE before proceeding with your return. Please note, a photo of the damaged item is needed in order to further assist.

For Canadian orders, please reach out directly to customer service to request a prepaid shipping label. Please note, shipping cost is non-refundable.

The processing time for your refund is estimated to be 14 business days from the date of receipt.
